Singing is an expression of our innermost feelings. Through singing, I want to reach people, tell different stories and waken emotions.
Through Art Song, which is an extremely personal art form, you can immerse yourself into diverse worlds. The songs are snapshots of life, where poetry merges with music and takes us on a musical journey. The topics are universal: Love, longing, pain, hope.
Apart from singing Art Songs, I predominantly sing in the concert field: Masses, Cantatas, Oratorys, Chamber Music, Ensemble Singing – I enjoy the variety of repertoire.
In addition, I like developing my own concert programmes, e.g. the Song recital with works by female composers or the programme “Around the World in 80 Minutes”.
Lastly, I am active as a singing teacher, vocal coach for choirs and choir conductor. This work is important to me, as I am able to help improve other people’s skills and spread the joy of singing.
